Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vswimcustomerservice@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
